一、活动思想:

为了增强幼儿园、教师、家长之间的沟通,让家长走进幼儿园、走进课堂,了解幼儿园的管理与发展趋势,了解课堂教学从而更好地配合幼儿园老师的工作,共同关注每一个孩子都能健康的成长,更加支持和理解老师的工作。11月18日上午8:30分邀请贵家长们随孩子一同入园,观摩孩子的半日活动,向家长介绍今天上午的所有活动安排,让家长们了解来幼儿园的主要目的,让家长了解幼儿园教育与家庭教育是分不开的,更加了解孩子在幼儿园的学习生活情况。

二、活动目的:

1、增进与家长的交流,向家长宣传新的教育观、儿童观,让家长了解孩子在园的生活学习情况;了解幼儿园的教育工作,能主动配合,做到家园互动,达到家园共育。

2、增进亲子间的情感,激发幼儿和家长参与活动的兴趣和热情,感受本园的园本特色及文化氛围,体验儿童世界的快乐。

3、培养幼儿在面前胆表现自己。

4、通过本次活动请家长对活动进行评价并提出宝贵建议。

5、与家长拉近距离,让家长了解到本园已经取得的哪些成绩,并提出今后需要家长配合的几方面工作。

五、活动注意事项:

为了确保活动的顺利进行,请家长配合做好以下工作:

一、家长开放日的活动目的

1、为了增强幼儿园、教师、家长之间的沟通,让家长走进校园,走进课堂,了解幼儿园的管理与发展趋势,了解课堂教学和课改动向,从而更好地配合幼儿园,共同关注每个孩子都能健康的成长。

2、立足学校,放眼社会,充分发挥学校教育的辐射作用,争取社会各个方面对实现学校管理目标的大力支持,调和好学校教育与家庭教育的关系,进一步推动我园素质教育向纵深发展。

三、活动及班级安排

1、周五前各班做好活动前的预备工作(你需要家长配合内容语言、数学、英语等内容),于下周一发给家长。

3、最后回收家长意见反馈表。

活动流程

一、晨间活动--阅读(8:00—8:20)

亲切地接待幼儿来园,要求幼儿有礼貌地向教师问早和家长再见,教注意幼儿的情绪。幼儿自主选择图书进行阅读。在各班进行。

二、年级活动早操(8:35—9:00)按大、中、小班顺序

早操要求:整队,队形,口令,要求动作大方,整齐,幼儿精神饱满。全年级在操场进行。

三、班级活动--分级阅读诗歌《照片》(9:15---9:45)

1、教师熟记教案,提问明确,具体。

2、教师讲解,小结交代清楚,语言精练。

3、关注全体幼儿的参与。合理使用激励性评价。

四、点心(10:00---10:20)

1.点心前热毛巾擦手。

2、安静、愉快的吃完自己的一份早餐。

3、提醒个别幼儿吃完后擦嘴巴,将餐具放指定位置。

(二)整理离园:进行集体问候离园。讲注意事项:请家长带好自己的宝贝,不要在园内长时间逗留,注意安全,签退离园。
