作为一位青年英语教师在经验不足的情况下，在与各位同行教师网络对接讨论和各位专家老师的帮助下，经过网络教育培训学习，使我在教育思想、教育理论及业务能力等方面受益颇多。
通过本次的教育培训学习和网络互动，我深切地认识到：为了更好的胜任新世纪的教育教学工作以适应素质教育的需要，我们必须不断地全面提高自身素质。现代教育观念的树立正是教师的立教之本，而确立现代教育观首先就必须要确立现代学生观，将“教师说学生听”、“教师灌学生记”、“教师管学生服从”的教育方法进行重新审视，转变为学生是教育的主体，同时重视弘扬学生的主体精神以促进学生的主体发展，所以在课堂上我们应该更加注重采取灵活多变的教学方式让学生更多地参与到教学活动中去，让学生实际去观察去体会，增加学生自主学习、自主活动的机会并鼓励学生多思善问，敢于质疑争论以促使学生动脑、动口，提高学生的思维能力和培养表达能力。其次就是要使学生逐渐掌握科学的学习方法。教师不仅要使学生会学还要使学生乐学，要培养学生积极的学习态度。要贯彻启发式教学以最大限度到调动学生学习的积极性，把学生从“一言堂”、“满堂灌”中解放出来。教师要以饱满的热情上好每一节课并增强教学艺术的感染力以使学生接受教师情感与情绪的表达，接受教师人格魅力的影响。下面仅究此谈谈个人的学习体会和心得：
一、网络互动研修总结及各同行前辈指导老师的教诲
1、认真备课对教学十分重要。教学中，备课是一个必不可少且十分重要的环节。备课充分能调动学生的积极性，上课效果也就好。一开始每备一篇新课时也许最苦恼的就是如何寻找备课的思路。拿起一篇课文，我们往往发现文中可讲的知识点实在太多，而且似乎都很重要，但都讲的话一方面课时不允许，另一方面突显不出文章的重点。面对这么多的知识点，我们应该如何取舍且应该如何安排组织才可以使整篇课文上得连贯、流畅、圆满，这其实是我们在备课中遇到的最大问题。那么此时，我们就必须要花大量的时间在备课上，认真钻研教材和教法，对照单元学习要求找出重点、难点并把各个知识点列出来按重要程度排列进而组织安排上课的思路。同时，我们还必需要经常去请教有经验的教师以获取宝贵的备课经验。此外，在备课的过程中我们除了要准备课本上要求的内容外还应该尽量多地收集一些有趣的课外资料作为补充以提高学生的听课兴趣。
2、重视课堂45分钟的教学实践。辛苦的备课归根到底还是为上课做准备的，因此我们必须非常重视课堂45分钟，在教学过程中尽量做到内容丰富充实、教态自然大方、语言生动活泼并且每天都以愉悦、饱满的精神面貌面对学生，让学生感受到一种亲切舒适的氛围。在讲课过程中，我们还必需留心注意学生的反应，及时解答学生提出的问题并注意加强和学生的交流以提高学生学习的积极性。
3、对成绩较差的学生进行课后辅导。针对不同后进生的具体情况制定相应的计划和目标，利用下午放学时间对这部分同学有计划地进行课后辅导。同时我们还应对他们经常进行鼓励以消除他们的自卑心理；有时在课堂上提问他们一些容易回答的问题以增强他们的自信心，提高他们的学习积极性。
4、多听不同老师的课，多向有经验的教师请教。身教胜于言教，教师们从实践中总结出来的教学方法和技巧值得我们认真用心学习和领会。听有经验教师的课，每次都会有不同的领悟，都能收获到很多东西。
二、听取专家讲解与经验丰富的班主任老师网络交谈及互动后的个人总结
1、身为教师必须以身作则，成为学生的表率。
2、既要严格要求又要无限热爱学生，“严”与“爱”应统一起来。“严”就是要求学生严格执行学校的各项规章制度，“爱”就是要热爱学生多关心学生，帮助学生解决一些实际问题。
3、尊重学生，做学生的良师益友。比如说高中学生一般情感丰富，但较脆弱渴望得到成年人的尊重，对老师有着亦师亦友的希冀。因此我们在平常的言行举止中需时常流露出对学生的尊重、理解，通过真挚的爱去感染、引导学生从而使学生在情感的驱动下更有效地接受教育。
4、注重与学生的交流，充当学生倾诉的对象，学会从学生的角度去理解他们，帮助他们分析、解决问题，成为学生信任、愿意交心的朋友。比如说可以借助周记来了解他们的内心。有些学生可能刚开始只是试探性地向我们诉说一些心中感受，而当得到我们地细致回应后，他们会因此大受鼓舞，渐渐地向我们反映和探讨的问题会越来越深入，甚至是触及心灵深处隐秘的一面。此外，我们还应经常与学生进行面对面的谈心以拉近师生间的距离，让我
5、关注中间型学生。一个班里所占比例最多的学生是“中间型”学生。当新教师一开始接手班级的时候，精力自然而然地会主要集中在对“后进生”的转化上。然而，经过一段时间与学生的接触、交谈，你会深深感悟到：“中等生”心里其实是非常渴望得到老师重视的，他们非常关注老师对他们的态度，一旦他们从老师脸上收获一个微笑，从老师口中接收到一句关切的问候，他们会很开心并且在学习和参加活动等方面的积极性也会随之提高。所以面对每个学生我们不应吝啬自己的微笑并适时地对“中等生”们个别地表示老师对他们的关注。比如“你的字写得真漂亮”、“今天的地扫得很干净”、“你做操的动作很有活力”等。有时候这么一句话就可以让他们感受到老师其实是在关注他们的，于是他们就会发扬自己的优点以更好地表现自己。而这时候我们就应不失时机地给以扶植、培养并给他们表现自己、施展才能的机会。如鼓励他们参与出黑板报、参加学校的运动会、合唱比赛，他们在参与集体活动中感受到一种被关注的满足感同时也感受到了为班级争光的荣誉感。在得到充分肯定的情况下，这部分“中间型”学生可能就会一改往日对班务漠然的态度而逐渐发展为班级朝气蓬勃、积极向上的新生力量。
6、注重主题班会课的教育和引导作用，多开展丰富多彩的集体活动以鼓励学生积极参加，从中挖掘、锻炼学生的能力，同时也通过各种活动来增强班级的凝聚力。
7、注重发挥班干部的作用，大胆使用班干；定期更换部分班干以争取能让班里大部分同学都得到锻炼的机会从而也提高同学们的自信心和积极性。
8、培养同学间的良性竞争意识，让学生在相互竞争中不断进步。
最后，值得一提的是：经过此次教育培训和学习，使我深切感受到，作为一名教师，不仅要有崇高的奉献精神、高标准的师德，同时也需要有先进完备的教学策略与方法。由于本人的教育工作经验的不足，在对课堂管理和操控方面以及对教材的理解等方面还有很大的欠缺，因此教育培训和学习对我来说就显得尤为重要。它使我认识到在教学工作中因材施教的重要性，对学生能给予学习上的指导、生活中的关心、认识的点拨和思想的疏导。并能公正、公平地对待每一个学生以满足他们求发展、求进步的需要，并且能悉心研究每位学生的生理、心理特点、兴趣爱好和个性特长，不遗弃和淘汰任何一个学生，为学生的健康成长和发展牢牢打好各方面的基础。
为此，在今后的教育实践和学习过程中，我为自己制定如下学习目标，大致归纳如下：

通过六天的研修，我对英语教学有了新的认识。首先，新课程理念标准认为，课程不是教材，教学也不是简单的“知识灌输”的过程。真正的教学过程，应当以学生为中心，让学生成为课堂的。主人。下面简单说一下我的学习体会：
一、对自我的重新认识
通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，流利的英语口语。在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是以学生为中心，不仅教会学生课本知识，还要注意情感态度的教学，让学生不仅学会知识，还要学会做人。
二、教学方法的改变
过去的在英语教学中总是老师讲，学生记。教师是课堂的主角，学生是听众，学生自由练习很少，口语、听力非常差。现在我们要转变这种模式，在课堂上以学生为主体，把主动权还给学生。那么怎样才能使学生在课堂中处于主体地位，提高学习效率呢？可以从以下四方面入手：
1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生
在英语课堂教学过程中，教师应创建和谐的学习氛围，以激发学生的学习兴趣为切入点，从学生的实际水平出发，在新课标的教学理念指导下，运用小组合作方式，来提高英语课堂教学的有效性，从而促进学生知识能力的全面提高。
合作学习前给学生独立思考的时间。没有独立思考就进行合作学习，合作学习将流于形式，质量不高。有准备的讨论交流，才可能是高质量的交流。提出一个探究性的问题，给学生思维空间；给学生自主学习的时间和空间。在课堂教学中，时间是最重要的学习资源。一个教师对时间如何分配，直接反映这个教师的教学观。探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学习必须有充分的自主学习时间，否则就是一句空话。
2、精心设计教学环节，激发学生学习的主动性。
学生学习的主动性主要在于老师的调动。在学生消除心理障碍后，就需要老师精心设计教学的各个教学环节，设计模仿、会话、口、笔头操练、提问，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，激活学生的思维，激起学生的情感，使学生全身心地投入到英语教学活动中。虽然我们的教学条件有限，但我们可以根据实际运用实物、自制教具来使课堂形象生动。
3、利用学生的差异，采用分层教学
这次感触很深的是分层教学的理念，以前在课堂上对学生总是采用统一的要求，这样对于差一点的学生由于听不懂，便在课堂上做小动作，产生厌学情绪，学习效率很低，如果采用分层教学，那么每个学生都有自己能力范围内的任务，通过完成任务可以建立学生的信心，并且可以提高学习英语的兴趣。
教师以学生的英语学 现在很时髦的提法就是以“学生为中心”，认为应把学习的主动权交给学生。但是对于有些连英语的皮毛都尚未闹懂且情绪极易波动的初中学生来说，他们很少有人知道教学的重难点，很少有人掌握得了学习内容的深度和广度，所以我个人觉得课堂的主动权还是应该属于老师的，老师来安排和调节课堂教学活动，监控教学过程。
总之本次培训活动丰富多彩，内容充实，效果较好。尤其是是专家们在具体的授课过程中，都是用现代教育的思想，站在培养学生英语素养的高度来认真分
析教材，从确定教学目标入手，重点研讨如何使用材料引导学生的探究活动，难点放在选择适应探索活动的教学方法上。整个活动中我们最大的收获就是学会了研究、学会了讨论，特别是研讨气氛异常活跃，好多好的点子，在思维的碰撞过程中应运而生，这次培训可以说是英语教学上的一次盛会，大家相互探讨、畅所欲言。因此这次培训活动对大家今后的英语教学大有好处的，影响也是深远的！

We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others, it’s a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great. I not only feel good about helping others but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity, I’d like to visit old people’s home to clean up for them. I’d also like to help sick kids in hospital. I love kids and I plan to put my love to good use by working in hospital. In a word, I’d like to help people who need help. If everyone helps out a bit, the world will be more colorful.
