首次面试只是要看你的品行,对专业知识几乎不问,只要你不把置业顾问从房产交易上说成别的,就算是过了。
第二次面试,是总经理直接面试,应该会问到这个问题。(通常是问,如果在今后的工作中,你面临连续两个月未完成一笔交易时怎么办)
这项工作最大的挑战是:信心,恒心和心态。
